I design interfaces for scholars who annotate large cultural collections, with a focus on disagreement. My current project visualizes where annotators disagree so that interpretive conflict becomes part of the analysis.

Before CS research

I spent six years as a UX researcher in industry before returning to graduate study in human-computer interaction.
